Stimulus Response Theory was proposed by Edward Thorndike, who believed that learning boils down to two things: stimulus, and response. I was diagnosed with BPD 20 years ago as a teenage. Spent my whole life fighting BPD. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Australia. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them.

Ive done shrooms last month in my house. It taught me how severely traumatized I was from alcohol. I healed from many mental traumas from my past and was able to forgive, let go. Shrooms to me is a remedy not a vice. I even felt more refreshed the morning after. So no hangovers. No depression mood for days. No anxiety.I now have a more calm mind

These methods only work if the person you're speaking to is willing to open up. I'm very shy, so I'm not an expert at conversing, but I've been trying a similar method with someone who only gave one word answers, and I lost interest very quickly in that person because our conversations didn't go anywhere. It literally went like like this: "Do you have any siblings?" "Yes." "How many?" "I have a sister." "Nice. Is she older or younger?" "She's older." I literally gave many pauses to allow her to expound, but she wouldn't, so I had to keep changing the topic. The conversation ended in under 10 minutes. It's fantastic when you can ask someone a question and instead of simply answering that question, they can give you one or two extra details to go off of. You can talk about a single topic for a long time. For example: "Do you have any pets?" "Yes. I have a dog and a cat." "Awww. What are they like?" "My cat is a cuddler, and my dog is energetic and crazy." (If their phone is already out) "Can I see pictures?" "Oh wow. What breed is your dog?" "He's a German Shepherd mix." "Awesome. I love big dogs. What are their names?"
